In what was clearly an orthodontic case, the patient refused to wear Braces, or Invisible Aligners, and wanted to straighten his teeth and have a more beautiful and whiter smile.

We solved the case with:

• Root canal, re-treatment and internal bleaching of the left lateral upper incisor.
• Root canal of the left central incisor ( which was very out of alignment and would have to be subject to a more radical preparation).
• Tooth whitening of both arches.
• Four. Ceramic Veneers of the upper incisors.
• Gingivoplasty and four Ceramic Veneers of the lower incisors.

With this approach, in only two months, we changed the smile of this patient who was very happy with the result.
