Current Endodontics presents very predictable results when we reach the excellence of the technique, which is only possible with the use of a clinical microscope.
The use of the Clinical Microscope allows an appropriate approach to root canals, complicated anatomy cases and resolution of complications etc.. by magnifying the view field.
In spite of the very predictable results of Endodontic Treatments, in a small percentage of cases, it may not be possible to control the infection at the bone level and in these situations a surgical approach – Endodontic Microsurgery may be necessary.
Endodontic Microsurgery is another type of Endodontic Treatment done with clinical microscope.
