This patient presented severe bite alterations,  periodontal disease and wanted to do something about her smile but couldn’t afford a full mouth rehabilitation.

We started by several oral hygiene appointments to get her periodontal disease under control.

The two central incisors were lost due to lack of support, so we placed a ceramic bridge on the lateral incisors and two veneers on the canines.
