Lateral incisors agenesia ( congenital lack) is the most common of all and places several challenges if we want to get beautiful and natural results.

In this case, the adult canines were in the place of the lateral incisors and the milk, canine teeth were behind them.

We started by extracting the two canine milk teeth, and immediately placing two implants and temporary crowns over implants.
On the same surgery, we did Gingivoplasty (harmonising the gum line) on the incisors.

We concluded the transformation by placing four veneers in the front, transforming the canines into lateral incisors creating 4 balanced incisors and two zirconia crowns over Implants on the canines.

The result couldn’t have made both us and the patient happier.
